摘要:本發(fā)明提供了一種氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯/生物質(zhì)復(fù)合材料,包括:3wt%~57wt%的氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯;40wt%~94wt%的生物材料;2wt%~20wt%的松香或松香衍生物;0wt%~1wt%的抗氧劑;0wt%~5wt%的填充料;所有組份用量之和為100%。氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯為粘結(jié)劑,賦予復(fù)合材料熱縮性和流動性,還對復(fù)合材料的抗?jié)裥云鹬匾饔?。松香或松香衍生物為增粘劑和潤滑劑,還可以提高復(fù)合材料的抗?jié)裥院土W(xué)性能。在上述組分的協(xié)同作用下,本發(fā)明獲得的復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能和抗?jié)裥阅芫^優(yōu)。另外,復(fù)合材料中生物質(zhì)材料比重大,成本較低;原料中不會用到甲醛、苯等,環(huán)保性較優(yōu)。
Abstract:The invention provides a chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate)/biomass composite material, which comprises the following components by weight percentage: 3wt%–57wt% of chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate); 40wt%–94wt% of biomass material; 2wt%–20wt% of rosin or rosin derivative; 0wt%–1wt% of antioxidant; and 0wt%–5wt% of filler, with the sum of the weight percentages of all components being 100%.Chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) serves as a binder, endowing the composite material with thermoplasticity and fluidity, and also plays a vital role in improving the moisture resistance of the composite material. Rosin or rosin derivative acts as a tackifier and lubricant, which can further enhance the moisture resistance and mechanical properties of the composite material.Under the synergistic effect of the above components, the prepared composite material exhibits excellent mechanical properties and moisture resistance. In addition, the composite material has a high proportion of biomass material, which contributes to low production cost. Moreover, no formaldehyde, benzene or other toxic substances are involved in the raw materials, leading to excellent environmental friendliness.
