摘要:本發(fā)明提供了一種氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯及其制備方法,該氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯如式(I)所示。與現(xiàn)有聚丙撐碳酸酯相比,氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯由于氯原子的存在,使其具有較強(qiáng)的電負(fù)性,可增強(qiáng)氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯與其他極性材料的相互作用,從而可作為相容劑、粘合劑、涂料、油墨等得到廣泛的應(yīng)用;引入氯原子后可使氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯之間產(chǎn)生氫鍵相互作用,進(jìn)而使其的加工性能和力學(xué)性能均得到改善,且氯原子可改善氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯材料的阻燃性能。
Abstract:This invention provides a chlorinated poly(propylene car-bonate) and the preparation method thereof, the chlorinatedpoly(propylene carbonate) is as represented by formula (I).
Compared to the prior poly(propylene carbonate)s, the chlo-rinated poly(propylene carbonate) has relatively strongerelectronegativity due to the presence of chlorine atoms and the interaction of the chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) with other polar materials can be enhanced, so that it can be widely used as a compatilizer, a binder, a paint, an ink, and
the like. After the introduction of chlorine atoms, hydrogen bond interaction is generated within the chlorinated poly (propylene carbonate), so that its processability and
mechanical properties are both improved. Furthermore, the chlorine atom may improve the flame retardancy of chlori-nated poly(propylene carbonate) materials.
